I am an in-network provider for the following insurance plans:
(PA residents only - out of state and international consultation and coaching clients must use self pay)
Highmark, including PPO Blue, Select Blue and Keystone
UPMC Health Plans ( except for UMPC for You )
Aetna
United Behavioral Health
Cigna
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- What is my co-pay ?
- For plans not listed above, ask what " out of network" coverage is available
Private and Self Pay
The rate for private and self-pay clients is:
$225 for an hour long session
Supervision Rates
$100 per hour for individual supervision
$75 per hour for small group supervision
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the missed session.
